Shipping methods

FOR GREECE

For orders of 30 euros and above, shipping is free.

For orders under 30 euros, deliveries are made via:

  • Easy Mail Courier: at a cost of €2.50 for Attica and €4 for the rest of Greece.

DELIVERY INFORMATION

Once we receive your order, it will be dispatched within 1–5 working days. If there is an issue with availability or for any other reason, we will contact you.

DELIVERY/SHIPPING

Product Delivery – Document Dispatch

  1. The products purchased by the Customer will be delivered to the address that the Customer provides as the delivery address during registration. The Customer will also receive a copy of the sales invoice and the delivery note. Deliveries will be made against receipt, with the recipient’s signature on the relevant documents.

Delivery within Greek Territory

  1. 7dots will deliver the products via Easy Mail Courier.
  2. Delivery may be delayed:

a) During periods of high commercial activity

b) Due to adverse weather conditions

c) In cases of force majeure

For orders outside Greece, DELIVERY/SHIPPING is arranged by telephone at: 210 3219 545 on working days from 9:00 to 17:00.
