Returns and Exchanges Policy

In the case of an exchange or return of products, the following apply:
Exchanges are accepted within 30 calendar days from the receipt of the products.

At the same time that you receive the new products from us, you will proceed with a hand-to-hand exchange with the Easy Mail courier, to whom you will hand over the products you wish to return. The products must not have been used, must be in their original packaging, and generally must not show any alterations that were not present when they were dispatched by us. You will not be charged any fee for this exchange process.

Exchange shipments are carried out immediately by us, provided that the product is not out of stock.

In case of shortage of stock, you may proceed with one of the following:
1. Request a refund,
2. Choose another product,
3. Receive a credit balance equal to the value of the products you are returning and wait for the corresponding period of time for the stock to be replenished, provided that the technical requirements are met, such as availability of raw materials, staff leave, etc.

If you choose another product:

– If the new product has a higher value than your return, you pay the difference by cash on delivery, with a cash-on-delivery fee of €2, or by bank deposit.

– If the new product has a lower value, we will send you the remaining amount.

All exchanges are made based on the current price of the products.

REFUND

ONLY if you wish to receive a refund, and provided that you are entitled to one, you must carefully read the WITHDRAWAL FORM which you can find here, complete it, sign it, and send it to us by regular mail or email within 30 days from the date of purchase of the product. In the case of a refund, an amount of €6 will be withheld, equal to the value of the return shipping costs for the product. Any exchange or return process is carried out exclusively through FIS Courier or in person at our store.

In the case of a purchase from our website using cash on delivery as the payment method, if the shipment is not received by the customer, we reserve our legal right to compensation due to breach of the specific distance sales agreement.

In the case of a purchase from our website using bank deposit as the payment method, any fees shall be borne by the depositor/customer. If we are charged any amount for bank transfer fees, we reserve the right to cancel the purchase agreement.
